What size cake do I need?
The question we are asked more than any other. Here is what each size weighs, how many people it feeds, and what the fillings and toppers add on top.
Sizes and servings
Cakes are sold by the pound. As a rule of thumb, a pound feeds four to five people — a little more if you are cutting thin slices after a meal, a little less if the cake is the main event.

Why the weight is approximate
The final weight changes with the flavour, the filling and the frosting you choose — a ganache-covered cake is heavier than the same cake in fresh cream. Fondant toppers and decoration pieces are not counted in the weight above.
Fillings
Added to the price of the cake. Fillings are not available on golden crumb cakes, brownies or cookies.

What else you can choose
Shape — round, square or rectangle, on any cake.
Sponge — vanilla or chocolate, on bento, customised, fondant and vintage cakes.
Frosting — fresh cream, buttercream, chocolate buttercream, dark chocolate ganache or white chocolate ganache, on customised and fondant cakes.
Premium packaging — an acrylic box or a double PVC box, if the cake is a gift.
Not every option is available on every cake, and larger or fondant cakes need a week rather than the usual two to three days. Tell us the cake you have in mind and we will tell you exactly what it can have.
