Cupcakes
Our cupcakes come out of the oven in small batches, so the sponge is still soft when we frost them. We also bake them plain for anyone who wants to decorate at home or serve them with tea, and we can finish them with handcrafted fondant toppers when the cupcakes are part of a themed table.
