Privacy
We are a home bakery, not a data business. We collect what we need to bake your order and get it to you, and nothing beyond that.
01The short version
Orders are arranged over WhatsApp. We keep your name, number, delivery address and what you ordered, because we cannot bake or deliver without them. We do not sell or share that with anyone except the rider bringing your order.
This website does not ask you for anything. There is no account to create, no form to fill in, and no payment taken on the site.
02What we collect
- Your name and WhatsApp number
- Your delivery address, if the order is being delivered
- The order itself — items, options, the message on the cake, the date
- Reference photos or design notes you send us
- The payment screenshot you send to confirm an advance payment
We never see or store your card, wallet PIN or banking credentials. There is no payment gateway on this site; you pay from your own banking or wallet app and send us a screenshot of the receipt.
03Why we need it
To confirm your order and its price, to bake the right thing for the right date, to get it to your door, and to check that a payment matches an order. That is the whole list.
We may message you about your own order — a photo before dispatch, a question about the design, a delay. We do not send marketing messages to numbers that ordered from us.
05How long we keep it
Order records and payment screenshots are kept as long as they are useful for reordering, for resolving a question about a past order, and for our own accounts. Reference photos are kept only while the order is being made, unless you are happy for us to show the finished result.
We always ask before posting a photo of your order that identifies you or your occasion.
06This website
As of 29 August 2026 this site sets no cookies on your device, runs no analytics and carries no advertising trackers. There is nothing here that follows you. Our host records ordinary server logs, as every web host does.
There is a private area at /admin that only we sign in to, for managing the shop. It sets a session cookie for whoever signs in — that is us, never a customer — and it is closed to search engines.
Links to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and WhatsApp take you to those companies’ own services, where their policies apply rather than ours. If we add anything that tracks you, this page changes before it does.
07Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you. Ask us to delete it and we will, other than what we have to keep for our accounts. Ask us not to use a photo of your order and we will not.
One message is enough for any of these — there is no form.
