Two to three days for most orders. A week for events over 30 servings, bulk orders with custom decoration, and fondant or heavily decorated cakes.

Orders placed after 8pm start counting from the next day — a message at midnight cannot buy back a day of baking that has already gone.

How ordering works

Sometimes. Urgent orders are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, so please ask before you plan around it. If we can do it, we will say so straight away.

We deliver across Islamabad and Rawalpindi. We do not ship anywhere else — everything is baked fresh for the date you need it, and it does not travel well beyond the twin cities.

It depends on your area, and it is paid directly to the rider rather than to us. We use third-party riders, so the fare is theirs.

You are also welcome to book your own rider through InDrive, Bykea or Yango and send them to collect.

No. Every order is made for one person and cannot be resold, so payment is in advance, in full, before we start baking.

Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank transfer. We send you the account details along with your final price, and you send the payment screenshot back on WhatsApp.

Your order is booked once we have confirmed that screenshot — not before.

Yes, self-pickup is available by prior arrangement. We agree a time and a pickup point with you when you order.

A pound feeds roughly four to five people. A bento cake serves two or three; a 6 to 7 pound cake serves around thirty. The full table, with weights and what each filling and topper adds, is in the size guide.

Yes, and it is most of what we do. Custom cakes are quoted rather than priced from a list, because the price depends on the design, the size, the flavour and how much decoration is involved.

Send us the occasion, the date, roughly how many people, and any reference photos you have. We come back with a quote.

No — Crumbix is a home bakery, not a storefront. There is nowhere to walk in and browse, which is exactly why everything is made to order rather than sitting on a shelf. Pickup happens at an agreed point, arranged when you order.

Yes. We send you a photo of the finished order on WhatsApp before it leaves, every time.

Most of it. A few things are seasonal — the mango sundae only appears when the mangoes are good — and anything unavailable is marked as such rather than quietly removed.
