How to order
Everything is baked after you order it, which is why we ask for a few days’ notice. Here is the whole process, start to finish, with nothing hidden until the end.
Six steps
Tell us what you would like
Send us a message on WhatsApp with the item, the size and the occasion. If you have seen something on our Instagram, send the photo across — it is the fastest way to be sure we mean the same cake.

Choose the details
Sponge, shape, filling, frosting, the message on top, a topper, gift packing. We will tell you what is possible for the size you have picked and what each choice adds to the price.
Give us the date
The date you need it, and roughly when. Two to three days’ notice for most orders, a week for larger events. Orders placed after 8pm start counting from the next day.
We confirm the price and the date
You get a final price and a confirmation that the date is free before you pay anything. Nothing is booked until this point, and nothing is charged before you agree to it.
Pay in advance and send the screenshot
Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank transfer. Send the payment screenshot back on WhatsApp and we will confirm we have it. Your order is booked from that moment, not before.
We bake it, and you see it before it leaves
On the day, we send you a photo of the finished order on WhatsApp before it goes out. Then it is delivery or pickup, whichever you chose.
Shorter notice
Need it sooner than that?
Urgent orders are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply. Ask us before you plan around it — sometimes the answer is yes.
How much notice we need
One person bakes everything here, to order. The notice is what makes that possible.

Orders after 8pm count from tomorrow
A message at midnight cannot buy a day of baking that has already gone. Late orders start their notice period the next morning.

Payment is in advance, in full. Account details come with your price confirmation.

We do not offer cash on delivery
Every order is made for one person and cannot be resold, so it is paid for before we start baking. This is not negotiable, and we would rather you knew it now than at the door.
Getting it to you
We deliver across Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Delivery is by a third-party rider and the charge depends on the area — it is paid directly to the rider, not to us. You are welcome to book your own rider through InDrive, Bykea or Yango instead.
Self-pickup is available by prior arrangement. We will agree a time and a pickup point with you when you order.
Because riders are not ours, our responsibility ends once your order is handed over in good condition — which is why we always send you a photo first. The full terms are in the order & delivery policy.
